don't waste your time or your money or waiting around for it it was terrible the screws fell right to the holes I had to go get my own bruise it was just awful I can't believe they sent this and the directions will not even for the screws that were included in the box was all beat up.

The top felt like it was made of cardboard and it was all very lightweight and flimsy. Would never buy again.

This toilet seat is very bad quality. It turns colors from cleaning products, it flattens which takes from the softness, it slips often while sitting on it! I'm the only person that uses this seat. Not worth a penny!!! Only had it a three months and now have to replace it.
