After owning an Elite 4 HDI and a Hook 5 I upgraded to the Elite 7 Ti to get side scan and touchscreen. My only beef with this unit is the inability to use Chirp sonar and side scan together. The 7" unit is the right size for float tubes, pontoons, kayaks and ice fishing.
