The first time I used this I got on bass in 8'-12' of water in the middle of a channel in lake Lyman sc I fished the depth it showed fish at and caught 19 largemouth and a 2lb crappie. Bought new Hook 7 and placed on bow, works great for slow trolling Crappie. Use three screens, map, sonar and structure. With Insight or good map card, you can easly follow contours, mark and return to productive locations. Sonar and Structure scan easy to use and interpret.

Purchased a few weeks ago put out bush piles set the location came 4 days later started catching crappie. Waypoints get you real close to location you mark.
