The fastest delivery ever. But the bike is cracked badly on the side and the training wheels are not working.. Now I have to find another one. Looks like the floor model everyone tested.

Box the bike arrived in was opened and damaged all the way around. Also several parts of the plastic on the bike arrived broken off due to it being handled roughly. Very unhappy

The product was damaged when it was delivered and I told the worker that it was used and he laughed and told me that's the only thing he had, he was most rude and was still laughing telling me that was my order
