Was given this as a gift a couple of years ago. Can anyone help me with how to change the batteries out? Both my hubby and I tried and where it says push up here it doesn't budge. Thankfully, the original batters are still working.

My girlfriend is obsessed with this toy ever since I gave it to her and now she uses it all the time even when we argue. I regret buying it but it was probably the best purchase ever! (While I'm writing this review, she's playing it again for the 30th time.)
