Easy set-up; seemingly well made. A slight wind & rain storm blew it a few feet from where we put it because we had not anchored it yet, but tent stayed intact w/o collapsing. Not really 3-man unless children, but for the price - good value.

Water comes through the buttom of the tent. We had cardboard under it but moisture from the campsite comes through the tent. We had a blanket under our dual sleeping bags so we didnt feel any moisture.

The reviews are negative for the item but I bought it anyway.....Pouring rain in the mountains of Vermont and we stayed completely dry. It is a tent and caution should be used with the zippers but for us they worked fine.
