Very roomy - I especially like the inside pockets that hold hand warmers. The strap around the waist gives a lot of room for adjustment. Reviews on other brands of muffs complained that the strap wouldn't go around their waist - not the case with this muff. Great product.

I finally have warm fingers while walking my dog! Never have I had warm fingers in winter before. Only thing wrong is I have to take my hands out to pick up the doggy doo. I love the muff. Thank you! My fingers are happy!

For $20 it gets 4 stars. Has one pockets for hand warmers seems pet pockets also. Unfortunately I had to skip the elastic on both sides it was so tight and the straps needed moved a few inches so the pockets weren't facing the ground but for $20....
