Had the Toro Beast for about 5 months now and is a fantastic swimbait reel! Drag is amazing and great line capacity. Reel speed seems to be perfect so far. Slightly on the heavier side but has not been an issue. Awesome! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Used this reel to catch Leopard grouper to 23 pounds in the Sea of Cortez. It had absolutely no problem stopping these fish from diving into the rocks. It was great for casting the giant stick baits we used to catch them.

I have another Revo Toro but the BEAST is smoother and is geared better for throwing swimbaits. Casts so smooth and the foam reel handles are the best handles on any of my Abu Garcia reel.

Bought trist reel a week ago and im super exited over its performence. Realy long cast, great breaks when fighting big piken. I like the low gear ratio for this spring fishin. A must have for all pike anglers. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
