Lightweight and classic! Great size for various cooking needs. I love the long handle (doesn't get hot) and the details of the little spout and the cover which has holes for pouring out water.

I enjoy the features of this pan with the lid having drain holes. The only change I would like would be a spout on both sides and I was reminded really fast that the handle being metal gets very hot and needs a hot pad to grab it. Most of my other pans have plastic knobs.
