You will be amazed at this non-stick surface! So far no scratches, but I am amazed at the non-stick, easy clean up, it's a breeze. Everything I have fried has slid right out. I have never had that with any frying pan I have ever bought.

Great pan for a great price. The pan weight is perfect, the lid fits well, the non-stick performs as you'd expect. I've only had it a few months, the real tell is how well it holds out over time with proper use.
