New unit is good, but doesn't save stuff in pdf format, making printing a chore. Had to buy the new unit because my old unit was compromised through WD's network somehow. Dealing with WD has been an absolute NIGTHMARE! It's been well over 2 months and I'm no closer to getting my data recovered...

The Apple app is not as good as the previous one. It was much better and easier to use than it is now. Also the WD TV doesn't work with the my cloud home drives.

Not a big fan. Dragging and dropping multiple large files or directories locks it up. There were other reviews about the internet connection requirement and I think I should have listened to those reviews more.
