This deep fryer is perfect for me as a senior I do very little cooking and live in an apartment. I have only used it twice and I had no trouble with it. The food cooked perfectly. Also I got the red one to match other items in my kitchen.

I have been looking for new fryer came across this one.Hamilton is larger than last one i had.Follow the directions easy too use.When you fill it up with oil to the max line, uses about 48 ounces.I use Great Value Vegetable oil in mine it has no after taste and comes in one gallon jugs at low price.

Have been looking for one for a long time. This one was the best one I found for me. Has a good size basket so it will not take all day to fry for a group. Like the color too.
