I bought 3 of these locks and they have worked with no problems. I broke one of the keys and submitted a request for the free replacement key. It arrived in less than a week. Great service. If I need more of this type of lock I will definitely but another one of these.

The lock feels solid, the key is kind of sticky though. Need a little patience to get the hang of it.
