Great quality and sturdy! I don't recommend for a person over than 200lbs. Light weight so that you can take with you anywhere where you may be able to workout.

Great item, great price! I ordered this to do bodypump at home. The step is super sturdy. I am 5'3 and it is almost too short for me to lay in the top for chest presses, but it works. If your taller than 5'3 I would look for a longer one. I'm very happy with this product and would recommend.
