The second day of use the control card went bad and it ran slow. We called service and they diagnosed the problem. We were sent a new control card within a month. We replaced it and it has been running great now for about 2 months. I would buy it again.

Very heavy. I only paid for delivery to door. I recommend paying extra to have delivered inside, otherwise break down outside and bring in piece by piece. Took about 2 hours to build. Needed help from my wife twice with assembly steps. Great quality treadmill for the money. Very big
