Received it in a fast manner, but when it arrived. It was broken. The bobbin winder was snapped off and two screws were laying in the box that had fallen out of the bottom and side of the machine. Had to send back for a refund and no option to replace. I had to just buy a different machine.

It never worked. It seemed to have a timing problem. Couldn't pick up the thread from the bottom. The machine was also missing a little nub on top.

I've purchased two of these machines with the claim of them being refurbished. Unfortunately they are not refurbished. They are just reselling used and broken machines.

The machine arrived in terrible condition. It was not assembled properly, pieces were popped out of place, and the door over the bobbin would not stay shut. The machine is supposed to be refurbished but seemed to have been taken apart and re-assembled by badly trained seahorses.

Poor machine do not receive full parts like bobbin case and bobbin. How we work without those parts. Baseless purpose
