It is simple to install, fits and stays well on the door frame. There's no excuse not to do a few pull ups when I walked under it. We had it for a short time, the cushion seems caving in.

This is the only bar I found that supports up to 300 pounds! Like other bars, it can't go where the walls are too think. I live in a 100-year-old house, so it did not work there, but it is just fine in the more modern construction of my office. It only takes a moment to put it up or take it down....
