(3) nuts, one bolt and (2) washers missing out of parts package. Instructions were very confusing, directions were on drivers side, illustrations were of passenger side. One of the steps was drawn out but so light could not make it out just guess! Last step completely left out.

The bars are on a 2016 3500 Ram long bed. The bars themselves are well made and look great. MOST of the install is easy. Most of it. The drilling a 1/2 in hole on each side in the support for the bed is tough. Not a lot of room and there is an issue with the vent lines for the fuel and DEF. Onc...

Mounts were labeled incorrectly which doubled installation time. Vendor offered an $80 coupon for their merchandise as consolation. I declined as nothing was of interest. Some cosmetic issues were noticeable in the bars but from a distance they look decent.
