Great product. For the price you really can't beat it. Very sturdy, I use it for weighted pull-ups, and also as a pull down with a pulley and cable attachment with no issue at all. The coating on the bar gives a good grip, the bar doesn't slip out of your hand. Overall happy with the purchase.

Pretty solid pull up bar, it has a bit of side to side wobble but that's trying to see if it's sturdy with 200 lbs on it. Love the distance from wall for muscle ups. Wide enough for any grip you want to do. Coating gives good grip even dripping in sweat.

Half the price of the Rogue bar, exact same design. I mounted mine to studs 48" apart, through some 1x6's to prevent the drywall from crushing with 6 3/8x5.5" lags. You won't get any help from the instructions on install, so if you aren't handy, bring someone who is. You will need tools...
