It's great. It has been working great so far and I like the Belgium look, the big square and it comes out clean. It's not too long of a wait. Even though the instruction says it takes more than 7 minutes if we make our own batter and not store bought... but I think that's if you really really wan...

Have used my waffle maker twice since receiving and I am so glad to now have it. Don't know why I waited so long! Simple to use and easier to clean than I expected. Will get lots of use and appreciated the fact the manual includes a few recipes.
