I can't believe it, this thing actually works. It is great for fixing and relieving tightness. Ex. not being able to move your arms up above your head straight. Definitely worth the buy

If you can afford to buy 2 different rollers, I highly suggest it. I am a massage therapist for 14 years and I have runners who have very tight legs.
