we live in a trailer and for a 14000 bdu would cool dining room and attached living room I would not recommend it to anyone.....very dissatisfied

Very disappointed in purchase. The power cord stopped working and the manufacturer would not replace it or offer any type of accommodation. I basically had to take a loss and purchase another one. DEFINITELY NOT DELLA.

I am very disappointed in this product. It does not cool my small classroom. It says it's on 60 degrees but as soon as I turn it off it says it's 80 degrees. I would not buy this product again and would like to return it.

the directions where poor. The round connector piece had to screwed on to the felixable hose. I found it a little hard to screw it on but finally managed to get it connected. I have a large living room with high ceilings. It cooled the room some what ok with the help of 2 ceiling fans but did...
