This ball is perfectfor sitting on while doing desk activities. It builds your core, doesn't hurt your hips and is easily stowed under the desk. I owned a different brand and it popped in less than 5 months. This one is much heavier material!

This gym ball was very nice once inflated. The pump that comes with it, is somewhat awkward to use. It's very small, and it took a long time to inflate the product. However, this was an overall good deal and good purchase.
