Well, let me start off by saying they are smaller than I initially thought..but I guess by them being only onepound they're ok. I received two of them through the Spark Reviewer program..if I had bought them I would have got the bigger ones. But they are good for starters..

I received the one pound weights. They are of good construction and are non slip. Although when you put them down they have a tendency to roll. Other than rolling when being set down, they would work fine.
