I gave this to my son around 2 I think. It was one of his favourite things to do. The pieces are sturdy and it can be made more or less challenging since there are 4 small puzzles on the board, each containing 4 pieces. Transportation is always a hit with the boys in our family.

This is just the right challenge for my 2 year old. We got these and the 2 piece ones. She figured out the 2 piece ones pretty quickly and began working on the 4 piece puzzles. They have been challenging her for about 2 weeks now and she spends a good 15 minutes working on them each day.
