Does not hold the incense sticks at all. It was so poorly made that the door to the holder wouldn't open or shut properly because it it's not properly placed.

Ugh, I was so mad at this product! It isn't level, so it wobbles around, the door is difficult to open so you fling incense dust all over when it finally pops open as you're tugging on it. Now I just have it sitting on my dresser collecting dust.

This was supposed to come with cone and stick incense and was empty. Lame.

when it showed up to my home it was broke. the door was unlatched. like someone thru it in the box.

Holes aren't drilled deep enough and the incense just flops around. Burns the inside of the holder and eventually snuffs itself out. Cones will work better. But I prefer sticks.
