Use the Stepper every evening count steps , start with 500. Following week I increase by 50 steps, it's a good workout. Reason I purchased this piece of equipment is to workout indoors for winter months, rainy days or very cold days. Use the Climber for cardio.

I spent the extra money to buy a machine that had full length foot pedals and was sturdier. It's tall, even in room with high ceilings. Wouldn't recommend for people shorter than 5 foot five inches. Display a bit hard to see for shorter folks. Great workout.
