The mat is thick and cushiony which makes it very comfortable to lie and sit on. It rolls easily and the carry strap is easy to put on and convenient. Very good product

I bought 2 of these yoga mats. But not for yoga. For my 14 yr old dog. She loves them and preferres them to her bed. Excellent cushioning for her elbows and makes getting up from sleeping a breeze without a struggle. I know it's not the intended use but we are great full for them. Awesome product.

I like this a lot! It's long enough to stretch out on and it rolls up nicely for storage with an easy carry strap. I'm very pleased. I accidentally cut it a little when I opened it but I put some gorilla glue on it and some black electrical tape over it and it works fine! :-)
