Overall I like this pillow, it's soft and heavy what if you want firm this might not be for you I have to punch it up a little bit to elevate my head to be in line with my neck. Even saw it feels good. A stiffer one might be two step, so it's nice to have the adjustability, therefore five stars.

I bought these pillows two months ago and I love them. I have bulging discs in my neck along with stenosis. I found these pillow to be firm and supportive for me. They are also soft and very comfortable. I can sleep on these pillows in any position; back, stomach, or side.
