I didn't really buy the premise of the first book, I'm not sure why I picked this up. The photos are adorable, that's probably why. The diet seems capricious in a lot of ways- f'rinstance processed soy in all forms is A-OK but other forms of processed foods are sneered at. I'm just not a diet sor...
