This unit is really VERY quiet. It cools my apartment quite well. I live on the 10th floor of a high-rise and have the biggest windows and facing easterly. Without this A/C, it truly is like a sauna and my apartment.

Replaced an old mid 2000s 10K BTU Kenmore AC. This is the best 10K BTU AC that I could find that would delivery within a week and was under $520. Even managed to install it myself. But... I wouldn't recommend installing it yourself. Get some help especially when the hole in the wall is six feet ...

First of all it arrived 2 days earlier than stated. Secondly, I used Affirm to pay and it was seamless. Finally and most importantly, it works great and cools the bedroom (approx 350 sq ft) in 10 minutes. Right on!!
