I was looking for a good porta-band saw that would not empty my wallet. This unit had a great price and fairly good reviews and was carried by a major store chain. I purchased the saw and a box of 3 blades. The saw has worked flawless so far and well worth the money that I spent on it.

Time will be the true test here, but my initial impressions are very favorable. I bought this for my knife shop so I wouldn't have to use an angle grinder to cut any more (had a cutting wheel explode on me and decided I'd had enough).
