this computer has had so many hardware and software issues in the two years i've had it. i should have just returned it. very disappointed in the service from samsung as well.

Started crashing after ~1 year, a hardware problem, not a Windows or driver problem. Power button placed on the side is horrible - the dog often touches it and laptop shuts off. Heavy compared to other laptops.

Shopped around for a 2in1 with an SSD, Pentium processor, good speakers, and the Samsung had all the features I wanted for $200 less than the HP or Lenovo.
