the lights and sounds are cute but barley moves and I thought the remote controlled everything but it only controls which way the wheels turn

well, I'm not happy because it came With the wrong remote control in it.and it play a different song when I pressed the button on the wheel, how can you guys help me to get the right remote control? or can I take it the my nearest Walmart to get it replaced? thank you for you assistance.

I bought this for my sons first birthday. It came broken and the box was also ripped as well. They told me they cannot afford a refund. Or can't send me out another one. So I lost $140. I do not appreciate it. The worker on the phone that I called was rude as well.
