This DVD takes you right into the dance moves. It would have been helpful had there been some basic instruction on the dance steps to help you learn them prior to starting the routine.

It did not teach the moves at a pace I could keep up with. But it was repetitive, and each section was ten minutes. You can combine certain prts to create your own workout, which is awesome!
