This was a great Pilates introduction DVD. I've never done Pilates before and I was able to do most of the moves. It helps with my busy schedule because I can just do one of the 10 minute workouts or if I have more time I can do a couple.

I've been using this workout for more than a couple weeks now and I really enjoy it and I see results already. I especially enjoy the stretching segment. It's very thorough, it works every part of your body. Highly recommended.
