Caught a bluefin tuna weighing 40lb with this reel on a boat out of San Diego. The drag was terrible but it held up. Great reel for the price and caught big fish with it.

This Ats trolling reel is awesome but the handle needs and counterbalance on it . If you try to casting passed the boat the handle locks it. It is a awesome reel
