instructions are horrible. things do not line up. remote works part of the time. it broke in a week. since i had to wait for help to install. it was past the return date. and honestly, how to return something that big.

You can't follow directions, they are incorrect. The arms came upside down from the factory. You have to unassemble and put it back together without breaking anything. Customer service has to call you back, no help from them.

The is the worst purchase I have ever made. Installation directions were a nightmare. Plus, I've had this awning for less than 2 months and it is completely falling apart. It is already discolored and torn. Parts are also rusting. They only tip I have is to save your money find a better solution/...
