This wonderful shovel uproots the lily pads and reeds that have been encroaching on my beach and up into my raspberries. It works precisely to dig deep and cut through whatever it encounters.The round bright red handle is easy to spot even when I drop it in the lake!

I used it to prepare and plant a smaller perennial garden. This soil had not been touched in years. It digs very smoothly and when you twist it from side to side, it breaks up the soil. Love it.

Had to remove roots which had grown for about 20 years in a terrace planter. This tool helped slice them both vertically and horizontally. Work was at least cut in half in soil that had a significant amount of clay.
