Southern Belle Child Halloween Costume

My daughter was so excited for this dress, but when we opened it up, we saw the entire skirt part was made of plastic with a single layer of tulle over the top. She tried it on and every step she took, she made a crinkling sound. I'm very disappointed.

While the design is nice, this costume is made of thin material (you can see through). It came with about a million wrinkles and the hat is a creamy yellow. In no way does it match the dress. We are returning to store. Very disappointing!

I should have realized for such a low price, the quality wouldnt be great. The costume is very cheaply made. We received it with ripped toule and it is see through. It would be a really cute costume if it was better quality. You get what you pay for.
