Edelbrock 1405 Performer Series Carburetor

I have a "very stock" 350 Chevy that needed a carb. I've been a Holley guy my whole life and I thought I would try the Edelbrock 1405. What a surprise! The throttle response is quick and crisp. This carb gave that old motor new life. For the street, look no further, the Edelbrock 1405 is the answer!

Bought this to replace the Carter AFB on a 66 Barracuda. While this carb fit well, for an early Chrysler you also need Edelbrock accessory kit 350-8007. This kit contains the extra linkage needed to attach the throttle cable to the carb. The carb really perks the engine up and works beautifully....

I installed my new edelbrock 1405 on my 53 chevy five window . It fired right off and ran great with out doing any adjusting. It really does not get any better than that!
