Used my new frying pan to fry a ham slice . It browned up nicely . Used no oil or spray and the pan was pretty dirty . I washed it by hand with a sponge and dish soap and it cleaned up easily with no scrubbing ; it just wiped right out .

Tried other ceramic coated pans and they do not work... the food sticks. This pan really is non stick. I suspect the magic is in the textured bottom.
