IF you read the enclosed directions it states rather clearly to use LOW and MEDIUM heat levels while cooking with these pans. (states high heat may damage pan!). they are a nice true turquoise blue, deep enough to cook stuff without it going over the sides. the handles have a nice grip to them, ...

This product is light weight, heats fast and washes by hand easily or put it in the dishwasher. The ceramic is a good non-stick surface. So far it does everything we wanted. We live at the beach so the Aqua Marine color is great.
