I have had my blender for a few months now and I have had no problems looks and performs like new. My friend just bought one cause I was raving so much about it. We love how silky smooth our smoothies come out. I am a vegan and I make nut "sour creme" in it comes out like a dream.

Bought a refurbished Vitamix , when I purchased it the website was easy and when I received it in no way could you tell it was refurbished. Had it several months now, don't know how we ever got by without one.
