disappointed. thought it was a box. pictures made it look like a box. there is no structure to put luggage or any contents neatly. probably going to return it.

The bag looks great and looks like it will do the job. However, we haven't used it as yet.

We are using it for the first time today. It came in a smaller box than expected and I thought oh no it’s not big enough. When we got it out my eyes popped. It was huge. We fit two medium suitcases, backpack, carry on bag and still had room. So far we love it.
