Love the product. Really makes your rv stabile. The only issue is Walmart didnt pack the unit in a proper shipping box so there was damage to one of the ratchets. This tripod was a wonderful buy. We've had two previous tripods that were nowhere near as easy to use - this one is sturdy, looks good and most importantly does the job. No chains, quick and easy to set up. Definitely recommend this tripod.
