Coffee pot works great. The only problem we have is when they delivered the package our camera cut the delivery man just let it drop out of his hand instead of placing it down. He let it hit the concrete and tumble down one step. It did not end up hurting in the coffee pot though.

Excellent coffee maker. Basket handle a little sketchy but otherwise great coffee. I use Cafe Bustello at half the amount I used in my old maker. I brew on strongest level and coffee is better than old maker brewed. Saving me money on coffee and getting better tasting Joe!!!

Love this coffee maker, except the lid broke. Specifically, the thumb tab cracked, so you can't pour a cup anymore.
