Love the watch but had issues with watch and customer service did not have a clasp to send for an easy fix. Only way I could do it is return it and order again which would have taken several weeks

I received this watch as a gift and it did not work. I received a replacement and it only sporadically worked. Got.a third... same problem. Can't be a coincident. And I have another/different Skagen watch I love and have worn for years, so it must be something with this particular model.

Unfortunately, the watch stopped working just after the fourth day. Maybe the battery is dead. Very disappointed, being that he own's several other Skagen watches and his favorite brand by far.
