The ordering and pick up process was fast, and easy!! No hassle at all. My only complaint was the product picture showed 2 panels with the valance, but I ONLY received the panels because I was suppose to order valance seperate, which was NOT explained in the ordering

Nice quality curtains but not what I was expecting. From the picture I thought it was 2 panels with a valance. It is just 2 standard panels.
