Better finish and eyes than the previous model. Has a nice parabolic bend, though it might be a little too stiff for lighter jigs in the 95-112 gram class, I'm sure it will work great for the 130-200 gram iron. I think this will be perfect for cranking in Oregon Coast albacore in the 20-35 lb range.

I Just received this rod as a warranty replacement for another Penn Carnage rod. I love the new fore grip and can't went to bend it over the gunnel. I am no stranger to Penn products and am excited about this one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
